Stressed out ?? 15 key points to cope up with stress!

Why is there so much stress in life? Every single person on this earth is found tensed and unsatisfied. Where are we lacking? Is it we are making some mistakes that need to be mentioned and corrected ?

Below I’ve put light on few things I observed to be part of our lives in order to have a stressfree life.

Point1. Build the ability to jot down important stuff to be done. When everything is written, you will feel like half of the work is done. Dont rely on your memory. When there will be the order, things will go in flow.

Point2. Keep backups. You should always have a plan B. Whether its about your house keys, car keys or your important documents. You will feel stressless. Try this. I found it hell effective.

Point3. Define between priorities and desires. Like for me, Article writing is an addiction, passion and my desire. But my house is my priority. Do your job first and for your desires, you dont need to find time. When you seriously want something you manage it no matter how hard it looks. Just you need to put your priorities in order and your life in proper perspective. You will find yourself more happier and shinier.

Point4. Stop overthinking. Because it ruins your mental health and makes the situation even more worse than it actually is.

Point5. Another thing to avoid stress is inhale and breathe exercise. Let me expalin you a 3 step way to breathe in and out. You will feel relax and will fell asleep in no time if you have sleeping disorder.
Step1. Close your eyes. Breathe in to the maximum you can.

Step2. Hold your breath for 1 minute. Now Realease.

Step3. Breathe out. Eyes remain close.

Try this breathing exercise for 15-20 minutes. It is very effective and progressive in a shorter period of time.

Go for some anti stress helpers too, I said “ANTI STRESS HELPERS” not “ANTI STRESS SUPPLEMENTS”! Helpers mean stress relivers vent balls, pull and stretch balls, squeeze toys!

Point6. While choosing between your job “Find a job that you love so that you never have to work a single day in life” (Steve Jobs). If you are passionate about your work, you love to do it. No work load, no stress issues.

Point7. Develop the habit of writing your whole day activities when you lay down on bed at night. You end up  finding yourself more productive next day. Productivity increases, peace of mind automatically comes to you.

Point8. A very important factor in stress reduction is reminding yourself of good memories. It will bring smile on your face for atleast once! And you will come out of trauma for sometime.

Point9. Try to prepare for your next morning a night before. Even if you wake up just 15 minutes earlier for your job. You are ready in time. You will find yourself moving towards constructivity. A little homework and life will be more easier.

Point10. Tell God. He has designed best ways for you. Talk to the God. You will feel more lighter just because you prayed. I experienced this, nothing can beat the peace that comes after prayer. Matchless!

Point11. Develop a sense of humor. Try to read and watch comedy stuff. Find out ways to be happy. Laugh out. Smile much. If looking at your achievements make you feel happy. Take a stock of them and look at them more often. Just believe in you. You can rule the world if your heart is smiling.

Point12. Make things neat and clean around you. Make them look attractive and nice. When things around you are awesomely arranged and atmosphere is lovely too, it would be amazingly beneficial for your health. It’s a lot stress releasing.

Point14. Look for the greenery out there. Fresh air and a good climate plays an important role in making you stress free. Go for a morning walk. If you cannot manage getting out of bed so early in the morning, walk anytime. But do walk as you move and watch the world around you, it makes you feel better too.

Point15. Get enough sleep and it is said that a human should have a minimum of 6 hours sleep and maximum of 8 hours sleep.  Go to bed early. And wake up in time. You will love every bit around you.

Its just that we are more focussed on improving our lifestyles rather than our “LIFE”. Schedule it. It is a beautiful gift of God and the only thing to add is “Discipline & Timing” .
